About The Event
Your 500* Hours Advanced Yoga Teacher Training​ 2024
We are very pleased to present you with our teacher training, where you will learn advanced teaching and personal development techniques.

We are associated with a living tradition (Gitananda Tradition). Therefore, we bring you modern but also ancient learning, which is proven to be more relevant than ever - many of the therapies are now adopted by big organisations like the NHS and widely used in physiotherapy and counselling.

What you will learn:
- Pranayama - Energy and breathing
- Hatha Yoga - Yoga's physical practices: Sequencing different styles of yoga classes for different audiences and purposes
- Guided Visualisations, Relaxations and more
- Mantra and Bhajan - therapy through music, sound and devotion
- Karma and Raja Yoga Theory and  Personal Development
