Service Description
A very popular class for all levels. Yoga Movement is the original yoga, and might resemble pilates or body balance to some of us who have tried it before. This is the yoga class where you will build mental focus, lung capacity, balance, coordination, strength and flexibility. You will start with silent-sitting and pranayama, or breathwork. We will slowly introduce small movements through each joint of the body with particular emphasis on the spine. We will follow with our four-footed work, gradually building up to standing. Introducing our sun salutations and other yoga sequences and postures. We return to the floor to work on the core muscles, back, side and front. We finish with a few twists and well-deserved relaxation.

Cancellation Policy
CLASSES WITH REDUCED NUMBERS Due to COVID-19, classes have reduced numbers. We understand that circumstances change, therefore, we do not have a cancellation timing. If you are late, just join in when you get to the class. If you know you will not make it, cancel as soon as possible so your spot is made available to other students. WAITING LIST If you are on the waiting list, come in anyway. We can still fit you in and still have the required social distancing.
