Free class in exchange for pictures and footage for our future Marketing Campaigns. ---- This class is more advanced. Take your postures and practices to the next level! Though we provide enough modifications, which means any ability is welcome. That said, if you really want to enjoy this class, hold and progress to harder postures, you should first be comfortable with our Yoga Kriya class.

Cancellation Policy
CLASSES WITH REDUCED NUMBERS Due to COVID-19, classes have reduced numbers. We understand that circumstances change, therefore, we do not have a cancellation timing. If you are late, just join in when you get to the class. If you know you will not make it, cancel as soon as possible so your spot is made available to other students. WAITING LIST If you are on the waiting list, come in anyway. We can still fit you in and still have the required social distancing.
