A day retreat event at our studio.

We start with defining and discussing what is yoga

We then follow with a workshop on building certain postures, the postures itself and byond the posture:

- Eka pada utanasana (padangustasana)

- Bakasana

- Sirsasana

We then share lunch together

We proceed in the afternoon with chanting and a guided relaxation
